Butwal Sub-Metropolitan City has decided to ensure all services related to blood for free.

A memorandum drawing the attention of the Election Commission was submitted calling for ensuring that people with psychosocial disabilities can be represented or vote equally like other people in the general elections to be held on the 20th of November.

Dinesh Kumar Thapaliya has urged the parties and candidates to safeguard the sanctity of election.
