A more than 3,000-year-old figurine of an ancient Egyptian goddess was found on a Mediterranean beach in central Israel, the Israel Antiquities Authority (IAA) said Tuesday.
Archaeologists from the Israel Antiquities Authority uncovered a remarkable financial record dating back 2,000 years on the Pilgrimage Road in the City of David, Jerusalem's main thoroughfare during the Second Temple period.
