Partial to general changes would occur in the mountainous belt of the country this afternoon while light rain with thunderstorms is to take place in some areas of the mountainous belt.
There is a possibility of rain and thunderstorms due to the general influence of westerly winds in the country today with thunder and lightning in a few places of the hilly areas of province no.1, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces.
