South Korea planned to launch the so-called "living with COVID-19" guideline from next month as the full vaccination rate topped the key precondition of 70 per cent, the health ministry said Friday.
South Korea's Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KDCA) announced on Saturday that the country's authorities have fully vaccinated 70% of the population, media reported.
