Niharika Rajput and Shivaraj Shrestha have settled in the court. According to the agreement, Shrestha will now accept Niharika as his wife.

High Court, Janakpur, has ordered to conduct DNA test of Niharika Rajput's child from Jaleshwor, Mahottari and also of Shiva Raj Shrestha.

The agreement was reached between Chief District Officer Gobinda Prasad Rijal, and Rajput on Sunday night.

Shivraj Shrestha, the person accused of rape by Niharika Rajput, has been arrested.
