Days after Ian tore through central Florida, carving a deadly path of destruction into the Carolinas, water levels continued rising in some flooded areas.
The level of water in Saptakoshi River has started fluctuating lately. Earlier, there was a rise in the water’s level flowing incessant rains in the eastern hilly and Terai districts.
