CM Poudel issues directive for setting up oxygen plants at all district hospitals

Chief Minister of Bagmati Province, Dormani Poudel has directed the hospitals in all the13 districts of the Province to install oxygen plant at the earliest for facilitating in the treatment of COVID-19 patients.
