KATHMANDU: After rising on Monday and Tuesday, gold prices have fallen today, and silver prices have also experienced a slight drop in the domestic market.
Gold, which increased by Rs 600 over the past two days, has decreased by Rs 700 per tola today.
As of today, the price of gold stands at Rs 150,700 per tola, according to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Federation.
On Monday, gold prices rose by Rs 400 per tola, followed by another Rs 200 increase on Tuesday.
In contrast, last Sunday, gold had seen a significant drop of Rs 2,200 per tola in just one day.
Meanwhile, the price of silver has also fallen today. After remaining unchanged for the past three days, silver is now down by Rs 5 per tola, bringing the price to Rs 1,835.
