The Nepal Infrastructure Bank Ltd (NIFRA) has issued 80 million units to Initial Public Offering (IPO) at Rs 100 per unit from Friday.
Of the total units worth Rs 8 billion, 160,000(0.20%) units of the shares have been allocated for the employee of the company, 4,000,000 (5%) for the collective investment fund while remaining 75,840,000 units have been allocated for the general public, as per press release issued by the bank today.
NIFRA, the only infrastructure bank in Nepal has issued an equivalent IPO to increase its paid-up capital to Rs 20 billion.
The bank has set 5:00 pm next Tuesday as the deadline for the application.
