Sathi Mart announced film star Rajesh Hamal as their brand ambassador during a program hosted at the Aloft Hotel in Thamel on Monday December 16. Along with the announcement of their brand ambassador, they also launched Sathi Mart App, where anyone can sign in and order goods from Sathi online mart, Sathi Startup, the nation's largest and most beneficial (Refer and Earn) platform for the youth, where they can start a partnership without any investment, Business to Business (B2B) Trade Sathi Mart Partnership,Online to Offline (O2O) E-Commerce and Sathi Express, where they aim to deliver their products within two hours at any place around the nation.
They hope to open 200 more franchises this year and 1000 franchises within three years, with the goal of putting more emphasis on made in Nepal items and youth employment. Since its inception, Mart has provided over 700 direct jobs and 5000 indirect jobs around the country.
"Nepal is a place where youths are compelled to go abroad and parents are willing to invest in them if they want to go, but they never receive any help from anyone if they have an idea to establish a business in the country. I came from that background since I failed so many times when I first started my own business and just received criticism. I feel that failing is a form of learning because if someone hasn't failed in anything in their life, they haven't done anything," says Sathi Mart's CEO Sagar Pokhrel.
Satrhi Mart is now pursuing a dream of opening thousands of offline stores across the country, creating more than 10,000 direct jobs, having ten million members, providing two-hour delivery services, promoting Made in Nepal products, and establishing Sathi Mart as the country's largest O2O business platform.
