Action has been taken against sub-engineer Rambabu Yadav working in, Okhaldhunga water supply and sanitation division for owning a fake qualification certificate. During the investigation, it was found that Yadav graduated from Sunsari Technical College, Dharan and obtained the facility by forging Diploma, in Civil Engineering certificates, according to the Abuse of Authority Investigation Commission.
