Former king Gyanendra tests negative; former queen's health condition improves

Former king Gyanendra Shah has tested negative for coronavirus infection in PCR report while former queen Komal's health condition has improved, Norvic International Hospital informed.

The PCR test was conducted on Sunday, the hospital informed.

Likewise, fomer queen Komal Shah who was undergoing treatment through Plasma Therapy method has also seen improvements on different health indicators, according to Somnath Bastola, Chief Corporate Communication and Public Relation Manager at the hospital.

Meanwhile, Komal has been shifted to general ward. Likewise, the oxygen support has also be minimised with the progress in health condition.

Meanwhile, former King Gyanendra has been receiving treatment without oxygen support as his health condition has improved.

Former crown princess Prerana Shah had previously tested negative for coronavirus infection.

Former royal family memv]bers were admitted to the hospital after they suffered health complication on April 24.
