Hygiene and cleanliness problems have been observed in the kitchens of sweet shops, restaurants, and fast food restaurants in New Baneshwor area of Kathmandu. This situation was observed during the monitoring conducted by the Kathmandu Metropolitan City today.
Thakali Kitchen, Kolkata Sweets, The Burger House (CFC), the popular Lumbini Tandoori Restaurant, and fruit shops were monitored.
The owner of that hotel and the sweet shop has been asked to appear in the office within 3 days.
