Leader of the CPN (Unified Socialist), Saroj Kumar Upadhyay, passed away during the treatment today.
Upadhyay had fallen from the sixth story of a restaurant at Sankhamul on Saturday afternoon.
He was rushed to Civil Hospital at New Baneshwor and later referred to Annapurna Neuro Hospital, Maitighar.
The late Upadhyay is the youngest brother of former prime minister and Chairman of CPN (Unified Socialist) Madhav Kumar Nepal. He was 62 year old. He is lived by two daughters.
