The Patan High Court has ordered former Home Minister Balkrishna Khand who is in jail in the fake Bhutanese refugee case, to be released on a bail of Rs 30 lakh.
This order was given by the bench of Judge Krishnaram Koirala of Patan High Court.
Earlier, in the case of Khand, Judge Janak Pandey and Prakash Kharel differed in their opinions, so the third judge was heard today.
He said that the order of the district court was annulled along with the supporting opinion.
