A woman has died after falling from the roof of an under-construction house in Madhyapur Thimi Municipality in Bhaktapur district on Saturday night. The under-construction four-storey house is owned by Raju Shrestha.
The deceased has been identified as Lila Sada (30), a local resident of Dudhauli in Sindhuli district.
Lila, her husband Rajkumar Sada, and her daughter were working as labourers in the house. Meanwhile, SSP Dipak Giri of Bhaktapur Metropolitan Police Sector, informed the incident happened at around 10 pm as per the initial investigation.
A police team has sent the body for autopsy to Duwakot-based KMC Hospital today.
