Easter-themed dessert by Chef Khagendra Pandey

Let’s bake this simple yet impressive dessert to wow your crowd

Simple, tasteful, quick and easy dessert is the perfect way to cater to a crowd and make your party come alive. Learn the secret ingredient in a playful and perfect way to combine chocolate cremeux, passion fruit cold creme brulee, and chocolate soil dessert to make a whole new easter themed dessert that could be enjoyed by both kids and adults.

Chocolate Cremeux; Bittersweet


I. Heavy cream - 500 gm

II. Sugar - 50 gm

III. White Chocolate - 200 gm

IV. Yogurt - 80 gm

V. Gelatin - 15 gm


  • Gently heat the cream and sugar
  • Add the gelatin mass and make sure the gelatin is completely dissolved
  • Add the white chocolate, whisk until well blended
  • Add the yogurt and after it is cool down, pour it into the chocolate eggshell
  • Place in the refrigerator

Passion Fruit Cold Creme Brulee; Taste and texture


I. Passion fruit puree - 400 gm

II. Sugar - 210 gm

III. Egg yolk - 120 gm

IV. Whole egg - 150 gm

V. Gelatin - 20 gm

VI. Butter - 150 gm


  • Heat the sugar and passion fruit puree in a sauté pan
  • Add whole egg (egg white and egg yolk)
  • Stir continuously until the mixture gets thickened
  • Add butter and gelatin mass

Chocolate Soil; Dark chocolate


I. Butter - 140 gm

II. Breakfast sugar - 80 gm

III. Cocoa powder - 100 gm

IV. Salt - A pinch

V. Almond powder - 100 gm


  • Mix all the ingredients together and bake
