The Footwear Business expo, organized by the Footwear Manufacturers’ Association of Nepal, started at the Exhibition Hall in Bhrikutimandap, Kathmandu. Footwear has been doing an expo for 16 years. Footwear Business does expo every 2 times in a year once in summer and other at winter. Currently, the footwear business expo has 100+ stalls.
Suraj Bhanjarde is the footwear organization's Vice President. According to Suraj Bhanjarde, this expo solely allows Nepali products; no international companies are allowed. The major goal of the fair, he explains, is to promote Nepali products.
