KATHMANDU: Rabi Lamichhane's detention has been extended for another five days by the Kaski District Court.
Lamichhane, the Chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), has been in custody at the Kaski District Police Office since October 18 due to his involvement in the Surya Darshan Cooperative fraud case in Pokhara.
Today marked his seventh appearance in court.
The five-day extension of his detention was granted by the bench, chaired by District Judge Chandrakant Poudel.
