Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Narayan Kaji Shrestha has said that the fight against corruption will not stop under any circumstance. It is not possible to build a prosperous Nepal without the end of corruption.
Inaugurating a folk song festival organised here on Wednesday, Deputy Prime Minister Shrestha mentioned that good governance is a precondition for advancing towards prosperity of Nepal. "We are working with a determination to take the country ahead in the direction of good governance, prosperity and social justice", he said.
The Deputy Prime Minister mentioned that the process of good governance and prosperity of the country can be carried forward only with effective control of corruption and ending impunity. He said that the present government is committed to work in a way where the people feel that their daily lives have changed for the better.
