The service has been affected due to a problem with the server of the Transport Management Office, Ekantakuna.
The office issued a notification on Sunday and said that the process of new licenses has been stopped due to a problem with the server. It is said that the distribution of smart cards issued by the office will not stop.
The notification has also asked the customers whose appointment for biometrics is scheduled for Sunday to contact the office on 9 March at 10 am.
