41 percent voters turnout by 2 p.m.

According to the Election Commission, 41 percent of the voters have cast their ballots in the local level election till 2 pm today.

 Out of the total 21,955 polling stations in 10,756 polling stations of 753 local levels, polling is being held in all polling stations except Maharajgunj Municipality of Kapilbastu and Tulsipur Sub-Metropolitan Ward No. 17 of Dang from 7 am, said Commission Spokesperson Shaligram Sharma Poudel. He said that except for a few sporadic incidents, voting was taking place peacefully and enthusiastically across the country.
