Two bills, including the provincial civil service, have been unanimously passed by the Bagmati Provincial Assembly. A Bill regarding the establishment, operation and conditions of service of the provincial civil service and Bill regarding the establishment and operation of local-level services were passed in the meeting of the Provincial Assembly.
Both bills were submitted to the state assembly after the bill management committee discussed the issue of the bill on Sunday. The proposal to pass both the bills presented by Speaker Bhuwan Kumar Pathak in the state assembly for decision was unanimously approved by the assembly.
It is said that after the approval of the bill by the Assembly, it will be implemented immediately after approval by the state chief Yadav Chandra Sharma.
