The sixth meeting of Province 1, Provincial Assembly is sitting today. The 6th meeting of the first session of the second term, which was postponed after the election of the deputy speaker on January 14, is being held today at 1 pm.
The winter session of Parliament is also known as the Bill Session. But the government formed on January 11 has not registered any bill in the parliament.
Two ordinances have been presented in the state assembly. Provincial Civil Service Ordinance and some Provincial Law Amendment Ordinances were introduced.
According to Gopal Prasad Parajuli, Secretary of the Provincial Assembly, the agenda of the meeting is to form a working arrangement consultation committee, to form a regulation drafting committee and to advance the two ordinances presented earlier.
