One person has died in an accident at Jamune river in Bhumlu Gaonpalika-5, Kalobhira of Chaurideurali village in Koshipari of Kavrepalanchok district, according to police.
A Bolero (Ba 21 Cha 9210) heading towards Chaurideurali from Dolalghat met with an accident on Wednesday night.
The deceased has been identified as Kamal Shrestha, 49, who was a headmaster of Saraswati Secondary School of Chaurideurali Gaonpalika-4. He died at the Dhulikhel Hospital this morning.
According to District Police Office, Kavrepalanchok, Inspector Anish Budhathoki, the vehicle fell about 300 meters from the road. Police Inspector Budhathoki said that the body was kept at Dhulikhel Hospital for autopsy.
