Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal had a discussion with the secretaries of the Nepal government today.
In the discussion, the secretaries reported on the situation of their respective ministries. After listening to the report of the secretaries, the Prime Minister has an agenda to deliver an instructional address.
