The meeting of the House of Representatives (HoR) has started. As soon as the HoR meeting started, the opposition party, CPN (UML) has started obstructions yet again. The UML lawmakers picketed rostrum and chanted slogans immediately after the meeting began. CPN (UML) has been obstructing the HoR meetings even before the 9th Convention of the CPN(UML).
