An initiative has been started to get information about the workplace and work environment of newly arrived Nepalese workers in Israel. If they have any problems, the Nepalese embassy has started visiting care centers to find solutions to them.
The Embassy has conducted a site visit to Neot Gil Ram Nursing Home (Beit Avot - Long Term Care Center) in Petah Tikva, Israel.
During the visit to the care center where 8 Nepalese workers are employed, the team including Nepalese ambassador Kanta Rizal interacted with the Nepalese workers and got information about their daily life and problems. Likewise, the various branches/departments within the care center and the places where Nepalese workers live were also observed.
A meeting was also held with the management team there.
