Person stuck in a mountain was safely rescued

The armed police have safely rescued a person who was stuck in a river in Simkhet, Melamchi municipality of Sindhupalchok district.

Chhiring Sherpa Goretto from Helambu village slipped and got stuck on the hill, above the Melamchi river about 50 meters below the road.

Armed Police Force, Nepal Water Supply Project Security Base Melamchi and ELA Police Office Melamchi together, rescued the man, in a joint team.
