Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has expressed sorrow over the passing away of Mira Adhikari Lama, the Vice-Chairperson of Indrawati Rural Municipality in Sindhupalchowk district.
Issuing a press note on Sunday, PM Deuba expressed sorrow over her demise while expressing eternal peace to the departed soul.
Mira is also a spouse of NC Sindhupalchowk District Committee President Bikash Lama. Suffering from blood cancer, she died at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital in Kathmandu on Sunday.
PM Deuba has recalled Adhikari's contribution to Nepal's democratic movement and NC's organisation development.
