Prime Minister and CPN UML Chairperson, KP Sharma Oli, today inspected a building of the party headquarters. The CPN UML is going to shift its party office to a new place.

Prime Minister Oli reached Thapathali and inspected all the rooms of the new building for party headquarters, said party office secretary, Ishwori Rijal.

Rijal added that the party headquarters located at Dhumrabarahi is going to be shifted at Thapathali as it would be difficult to come to office in course of the Ring Road expansion project.

The party headquarters would be shifted to Thapathali soon, shared Rijal. The CPN UML had shifted its party office at the office of Pasang Lhamu Memorial Foundation, Dhumrabarahi, on rent after the Gorkha earthquake damaged its party office, Madannagar, Balkhu.

A programme is planning to lay foundation stone for the modern building of party office in Balkhu at the old party headquarters, on April 22, the establishment day of NCP.
