Rs 10m fund set up in Banepa for COVID-19 control

Dhulikhel Municipality in Kavrepalanchowk district has set up a fund worth Rs 10 million for COVID-19 control.

The Municipality has also decided to provide ambulance service to the infected patients in the Municipality free of cost, informed Municipality’s mayor Ashok Kumar Byanju.

Mayor Byanju shared that ward No 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 have the highest cases of coronavirus in the Municipality. The Municipality has urged one and all to adhere to the health safety protocols to prevent and control the virus.

Similarly, The Karnali Province government is all set to arrange a budget of Rs 1 billion for the response, prevention, control, and treatment of the second wave of COVID-19.
