Sarlahi begins physical classes after vaccination concludes

The schools have started regular classes in Sarlahi. Community and private schools in the district, which were closed for vaccination during the coronavirus infection and vaccination campaign, have resumed their activities.

According to the Education Development and Coordination Unit, Malangwa, all schools in 20 municipalities of the district, including community, private and religious schools, have already vaccinated their students.

The district municipality had informed that the school would be closed as the students would be vaccinated against corona. Chief of Malangwa Municipality, Nirsal Sah, said that the school has been instructed to conduct re-instruction after the students have been vaccinated.

According to the District Health Office, 102,987 students between the ages of 12 and 17 have been vaccinated in the district for the first time. The number of students getting second dose vaccination is being collected, said Dr. Nawal Kishor Jha, chief of the health office.
