Vice President Nanda Bahadur Pun has extended best wishes to the entire Islam community of Nepal on the occasion of the Eid al-Adha (Bakar Eid) today.
Giving a best wishes message, Vice President Pun wished peace, prosperity and happiness to all Nepalese and the Muslim community. Nepal is a country rich in ethnic, lingual, cultural and religious diversity, he reminded, adding that the cultural diversity and festivals foster national unity and harmony.
He believed that Eid al-Adha would foster national unity, religious tolerance, social harmony, and friendliness.
