Home Minister Bal Krishna Khan has called on CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal today. According to the Home Minister's Secretariat, the meeting was held at the residence of Chairman Dahal in Khumaltar, Lalitpur.
The meeting focused on the budget for the coming fiscal year to be tabled in the federal parliament, various bills to be tabled by the government in the parliament, review of local elections and the continuation of the coalition of the ruling party. It was also discussed that the government was preparing to introduce the Citizenship Bill in the ongoing session of the House of Representatives with the consent of the political parties.
