Representatives of the Nepal-Korea Culture Center have demanded the operation of direct flights between Nepal and Korea through the state-owned Nepal Airlines Corporation. The demand was made to Minister for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation Prem Bahadur Ale.
During a meeting at the Ministry today, the Director of Nepal-Korea Culture Center Korea, Hwangqu, demanded that direct flights should be operated by Nepal Airlines for tourism development. "Nepal-Korea direct flight is necessary for the development of tourism sector in Nepal and to attract tourists," Hwangqu said.
Responding to the proposal, Minister Ale said that necessary discussions would be held for direct flights between Nepal and Korea.
