Passengers paying more fare are requested to send a complaint

The Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation (MCTA) have requested the victims to submit an email to the investigation committee within seven days along with the official documents.

The ministry said in a statement that passengers who had paid more airfare on the charter flight at the time would send their complaints to the ministry's official email address [email protected]

International passenger charter flights were arranged to facilitate the repatriation of stranded people after the government of Nepal announced a shutdown in the first phase of the transition to Kovid-19. After that, the Ministry had formed the Air Fare Investigation Committee, 2078 BS, to address the various complaints received from the airlines regarding the fare charged by the airlines at the time of departure.

The ministry also said that a re-investigation committee has been formed in the ministry to seek clarification from the concerned bodies on the issues recommended by the committee for further investigation.
