Namche Youth Club defeated Juving Sherpa Kudik by 3-2 in the semi-final match of Lhosar Cup football held on Friday at the Sanagoucharan sports ground in Kathmandu and entered the finals.

Juving Sherpa Kiduk and Khumbu Veterans United Club have started victoriously in Khumbu Lhosar Cup football.

In the "Khumbu Lhosar Cup" Football match, both Amadbalm Youth Club and Thamichhowa Youth Club had a very good start.

The 13th edition of the "Khumbu Lhosar Cup" which has been held for the past 12 years to mark the New Year Lhosar, the great festival of the Sherpa community, begins today.
