Low-Pressure System

Weather across the country has improved from today after continuous rains for the past five days.

Due to the influence of the low pressure system, normal rainfall has been taking place in various parts of the country for the last three days.

The axis of monsoon trough is positioned further south than its usual location and the country experiences a partial influence of a low pressure system

Today, partly to generally cloudy weather is predicted in hilly areas of the country, due to the general influence of a westerly low pressure system.

The country's weather pattern has witnessed the westerly trough and low-pressure system formed in the Arab sea.

Light snowfall at one or two places of the eastern and western high mountainous regions has been forecast today.

The combined influence of the low-pressure system in Bihar and around Uttar Pradesh of India and the westerly system is intact in Nepal.

Heavy rain has been caused due to the activation of two weather systems at once, meteorologists said.

Light to moderate rainfall is expected in most places of the country for the next three days

The monsoon is to remain active throughout the country next week.
