Road Section

The road section used to remain closed for 4 hours in the afternoon from 11 am to 3 pm to chop off the hillside to expand the road for the construction of bridges along the roadway.

It has been decided to close the Mugling-Pokhara road section at night to speed up the work of expanding it to four lanes. The road section will be closed for 10 days from 12:00 PM to 4:00 AM from today to March 11.

The widening of the Narayanghat-Butwal road section along the East-West Highway has so far made only 23 percent progress.
