Today, during the regular inspection of the 9N-AKW aircraft of Nepal Airlines before the flight RA 422 in the Kuala Lumpur-Bhairahawa-Kathmandu sector, it was observed that the pressure of the Crew Oxygen Bottle has decreased. Thus, the flight could not take place at the scheduled time.
An investigation committee has been formed by Mr. Yubaraj Adhikari, the executive chairman of the corporation, to find out the true facts of what caused such a technical problem and to prevent such a problem in the future.
