Bhaktapur is known for its old temples and heritage sites. However, due to the earthquake most of them were destroyed and now reconstruction is underway.
Foreign tourists have also been involved in the reconstruction of Betal Bhajan Ghar. Some of these tourists have already visited Bhaktapur from time to time.
