Chief Administrative Officers of Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur had decided to enforce the odd and even rule for both public and private vehicles starting Friday midnight due to surge in COVID cases in the recent weeks. And now traffic police are conducting tight checking to see if the rules are being followed or not.
