According to the Nepal Police, Komal Raj Upadhyaya of Sarlahi Jankinagar-7 was arrested from Dubai, UAE, and brought to Nepal for prosecution in coordination with NCB Abu Dhabi.
'TRINETRA Management Consultancies, Khalid Bin Al Waleed Road, ALRaffa, Dubai', of which Upadhyaya is also a director, invited Nepalese to Dubai through a visit visa by showing the temptation of offering employment as an arms guard, DPS security in Dubai with attractive salary and facilities, took money from them for employment. However, 51 victims filed a complaint against Upadhyaya for cheating by not employing them.
A red notice was issued by the General Secretariat of Interpol at the request of the Interpol branch for international-level search and arrest.
The police are conducting necessary investigations in this regard.
