Nepal recorded a total of 4 new cases of coronavirus in the past 24 hours as of Friday.
Of the confirmed cases: all 4 cases were detected through the RT-PCR and none from the Antigen method.
According to the Ministry of Health and Population, out of the total samples 592 were tested through RT-PCR and 0 through the Antigen method. Currently, there are 406 active cases in the country as 18 infected patients recovered in the past 24 hours.
No coronavirus-related death was recorded in the past 24 hours, and the COVID-19 death toll stands at 12019 to date.
