KATHMANDU: The Kathmandu District Court has extended the custody of medical entrepreneur Durga Prasai by five days.
Court Judge Kamala Poudel has granted permission for his remand by five more days for investigation
Prasai was arrested by the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) at his residence in Bhaktapur last Tuesday after a 'controversial statement' against Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli. He is also being investigated for money laundering, including cybercrime.
