KATHMANDU: Nepal Police with the assistance of Interpol has apprehended two individuals in Cambodia and brought them to Nepal on Friday. The suspects, Sujan Acharya and his girlfriend, Binu Shakya, were arrested after allegedly collecting 5 crore 2 lakh Nepali rupees from 40 individuals, promising to arrange foreign employment opportunities in Singapore.
Acharya and Shakya had been on the run and were issued a red notice issued by the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) on.
