2 people have been arrested in Parsa on the charge of killing their sister's boyfriend.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Prahlad Karki informed that those arrested are 30-year-old Pritam Patel and his brother Uttam Patel, 28-year-old Prahlad Karki of Bishrampur Rural Municipality Ward No 5 of Bara. The police claim that they killed 23-year-old Raj Kumar Thakur of the neighborhood.
The police claim that they confessed to killing Raj Kumar Thakur by taking him to their tailor located at 16 Nagwa, Birganj Metropolitan City, on the suspicion that he was having an affair with his sister.
They stated that after the murder, they kept the body in a sack and took it to Raxaul Junction railway station in India using a Super Splendor motorcycle numbered 38 P 4395 and left it in an empty space next to the toilet of the Muzaffarpur-bound train. Based on that statement, the team under the command of Senior Deputy Inspector Binod Kumar Singh from the District Police Office, Parsa, brought the dead body from Bharat Bihar, Bhagalpur in coordination with the Indian Police, the police said.
The police claim that when Raj Kumar, who went to study for tuition on the 24th, went missing after his father lodged a complaint, they confessed to the crime during the search.
