The Ministry of Home Affairs has informed that the number of districts enforcing prohibitory orders has declined lately. Currently, only 58 districts have implemented prohibitory orders.
Even the districts enforcing lockdown have gradually allowed the people's activities except gathering.
Spokesperson at the Home Ministry, Janakraj Dahal, however, said the lockdown was not relaxed but people's activities eased where safety measures are the must.
People's activities are getting gradually normalized with the subsided second wave of COVID-19 in recent weeks. The second wave was taking a huge toll last April and May.
Similarly, the vehicles entering the federal capital with special-purpose do not need permits now.
A public health expert Dr Rabindra Pande, however, cautioned that people must not be reckless as the coronavirus could be increased at any time.
