Sita Sarki, 24, of Rupandehi, has given birth to quadruplet at Universal College of Medical Sciences, Bhairahawa. According to Sushil Gurung, Public Relations Officer, she gave birth to four daughters on October 26.
The gynecologist and obstetrician of the hospital led by Dr Tara KC had delivered the baby through c-section. The first and second babies weigh 1100 grams, the third weighs 1,060 grams and the fourth weighs 1,130 grams. Currently, the mother is kept in the general ward and the babies are kept in the NICU.
